Me and my friend vanessa just moved to orange county and we are renting out a luxury condominium (2 bed + loft). The last minute I needed someone to rent the master bedroom. So I found this guy on Craigslist. He sounded like a cool guy, so we decided to give him a try. We put his name on the least and finally met the guy. Its already been a month since living with him and we both want him out.
Reasons why: He’s 23 and doesnt know how to do anything and goes to me for everything and btw im 18. He talks to us as if everything is our fault and that he is better than us. He posts a paper saying were not allowed to have guest or family over after 10 on weekdays. (like wtf man) I find out that this guy is bi and when he brings his guest over, I hear their sex conversations from my room which is veryyy awkward. Me and Vanessa don’t get along with him at all and want him out. I already have people ready to take his room if he leaves. My landlord told me its our problem and that we have to settle it ourselves and that all he cares about is getting the rent money. Can I legally kick this guy out? and if i do does he have the right to do something about it?
