What is a good website to find homes for sale?
By · CommentsTried Redfin, Movoto… all those advertisement-pumped sites anyone finds when they type “homes for sale” into Google. But does anyone know of a GOOD site…. where I can find houses that most other people can’t?
homes for sale
I am doing a study to see where people go to find homes for sale on the internet. I would also like to know what you like and don’t like about Realtors websites. Thanks for your input!

I’ve been jogging around the neighborhood and found a couple of properties for sale and wanted more information. Because they are all over the place with multiple different brokers, I needed to find a single site that shows all of the properties currently for sale regardless of who the broker is. It would need to have a “search by address” function or filter. First best answer gets 10 points, thanks!

Long story short, I have a history of noise violations in my luxury condominium, for the past year we have reduced it dramatically, only have few people over, they are thin floors, so the can practically hear anything but a whisper, the board have restricted me from guest, and now they have implied me with a $100 fine, I tried to fight it but the board will not talk to me without my parents, I am 25 people.
I live in Florida if that matters.
My parents own it, but they dont live here, at least permanently.
Well actually, the condo is under a trust, not directly on my parents name.
People, I am not really talking about having raging partys, I am talking about regular movement around the house, no music and such. You mean I have to whisper and tip-toe??

I am in escrow on some property in which the seller and his real estate agent were not very forthcoming in their disclosure statements. Through a third party I found out some things about the property that are detriments (such as occassional flooding) but I am willing to overlook them and still purchase the property. I have released all my contingencies and we have a close date set.
My real estate agent happened to tell the seller’s real estate agent that we found out some of these things on the property – most importantly about the flooding – and now the selling real estate agent wants me to sign a bunch of documents listing out what I found out as if she had told me about them. I don’t want to do it – it took considerable effort for me to uncover these issues and I have already signed off on contingencies. I don’t think I need to also let her off the hook as if she had disclosed these things to me – she did not. Can the realtor force me to sign these?
I am asking if a real estate agent can legally force me to sign informal and misleading documents in order to progress with the purchase? The seller and I have already signed all legal documents as outlined in our legal contract.

I am looking for a very inexpensive small house. I plan to move to Raleigh soon. I have heard that you could find tax sale properties for a few hundred dollars. Is that true?

What promises a greater return for the investor? This is in terms of purchasing the property and leasing it to a tenant. Lets say that we kept the total capital, financing, and location of the property as constants. Basically, if I had a definite amount of money to invest, would I be more likely to get a higher rate of return on a commercial or residential property.

I am interested in going into real estate when I finish college and have been looking around at schools. Century 21 offers their own course (3 weeks) and another real estate company offers one for 6 weeks while the community college offers one for 8 months that trains you how to appraise and broker as well as just getting your license to sell.
Which program is best and what is the difference between being a real estate agent (seller) and a broker?
The costs range from $600-$2500

Which real estate companies are best for new agents?
By · CommentsI’m planning on getting my real estate agents license in the next few weeks. I’ve heard that Century 21 and some other companies have their own courses. Is it better to attend their course or just a regular local real estate school. Also what companies are good for new agents.
Any advice you can give is appreciated! Thanks!
Oh and I’ll be getting my license in Tenessee.

4+ bedroom condominiums?
By · CommentsWhat is the highest number of bedrooms and square footage a condominium can have? Are there any 5 bedroom LUXURY condos in major cities in southern U.S. that are up to $600,000? Do they compare in square footage to houses with an equal number of bedrooms?
